Advisory services are oriented toward education and analysis. In the free initial session, we listen to the client’s story of how it all happened, what they have done so far, their description of the present situation, present plans, and end-state goals. We review test results, proposals from potential service providers, and other related documentation. We outline a plan that leads to achieving their end-state goals. Throughout the process, we focus on increasing the client’s understanding of the whys and hows so that they can more effectively control both performance of the plan of action, and prevent future occurrences of similar problems.
