Project Management takes a plan outline, fleshes it out, and drives the activities to conclusion. For instance, the client may need help identifying, contracting, and managing:

• A building inspector or structural engineer to determine exactly where water problems are happening and how to address them.
• A contractor specializing in water control and foundations.
• A contractor to address structural reasons that water is coming into the home.
• An accurate and cost-effective way of finding where in the home removal of mold is needed.
• A contractor who will follow specified processes, procedures, and practices to remediate mold growth
• Contractors to rebuild areas of the home, seal or encapsulate basements, crawlspaces, or foundations.
• Plan to validate the effectiveness of mold remediation activities.
• Continuing advice and adjustment of the plan by the consultants.
